Pull through set up (with releasable abseil for group).
De-rigging the pull through. First untie the Italian hitch and tie an overhand knot on the opposite side of the descent rope. Clip a krab into the overhand knot and the descent rope

De-rigging the pull through. Fit descender to the descent rope
Get as much slack out of the system as possible then sit into your descender
Note that the cowstails are still in place so if you’ve got it wrong you’ll survive!
Tie off your descender
Untie the lead-in rope, remove all knots and pull it through.
Drop the pull-through rope to the floor to check it reaches!
