This would be a full days training based in North Wales with a theoretical session followed by a practical session at an appropriate underground site. 

To get the most out of the day candidates would need to be competent in rigging pitches, specifically competent in tying an alpine butterfly and bowline on the bight (or figure of eight on the bight/bunny ears) as well as being comfortable with hauling systems.
